Tenant Fees
- Holding Deposit: A refundable fee equivalent to one week’s rent
- Tenancy Deposit: Equivalent to five weeks’ rent
- Lost keys or damages: Actual cost of replacement
- Name change addendum or any variation to the contract: £50
Landlords
- Full Management: 12% (incl. VAT)
- Rent Collection: 10% (incl. VAT)
- Find Tenant Only: 8.4% (incl. VAT)
Administration Fees for Landlords
- Agreement Fee: £120.00 (incl. VAT)
